The Perfect love story

Part 4 the ball

The ball was beautiful as soon as I entered the room I was surrounded by ladies in large ball gowns made of satin that exploded in coloured patterns. There hairs reaching astonishing heights and there faces hidden by a mask of makeup. The men with there buckled shoes and white ruffled shirts and corsets escorted by one maybe even two of these fine ladies. The musicians played in the corners and partners joined hands and danced in time with the rhythm. Of course soon after a long time of looking for him I decided to join my sisters in the next dance. We danced and skipped and held hands and then as a ladies dress floated in front of my eyes and rest again on the ground I saw him making his way towards me half smiling. My stomach turned as a surge of butterflies flew through my body leaving every bone tingling. And then we where dancing he was holding my hand turning around each other our eyes locked together. He whispered in my ear his breath touching my cheek “follow me outside” and so I followed him out of the grounded hall and into the cool breeze of the gardens. It was cold and dark the trees covering the faint light of the moon that shone upon us. Then his lips where upon mine warm and smooth and gentle.
